Managing Director & Founder

Mayur Johri is the Managing Director of Zepstar and an entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience building businesses, driving operational excellence, and leading global financial services transformations. He guides Zepstar’s strategic vision and expansion, building trusted, long-term partnerships with investment managers worldwide.

With more than 19 years of dedicated expertise in Middle and Back Office (MBO) operations, fund accounting, and technology implementation for asset and wealth management firms, Mayur combines deep domain knowledge with an enterprise architecture mindset. His background spans the entire investment operations lifecycle—including trade processing, reconciliation, pricing and valuation, corporate actions, NAV oversight, and regulatory reporting.

Throughout his career, Mayur has delivered high-impact Business Process and Knowledge Services (BPO/KPO) to clients across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. A specialist in bridging the gap between business needs and technology, he has led end-to-end software implementations across more than 10 different IBOR/ABOR and OMS platforms, as well as Client and Advisor Portals.

Mayur leverages process redesign, automation, and quality frameworks to modernize operating models, reduce risk, and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Beyond Zepstar, his entrepreneurial track record includes founding and scaling ventures across multiple sectors, including Altavista Trading, Crossbow Realtors, Influencer Arena, and Jazzlr.
